Ticketing Queries

A festival entry ticket allows you access to all of YOUPHORIA including ALL sessions including disco roller-skating.

We supply PRINT AT HOME tickets rather than send physical tickets for YOUPHORIA. Your tickets will be emailed to you at the time of booking. Don’t forget to check your junk folder if not received.

If you set up an account on the YOUPHORIA website when booking tickets, you will have the option to re-print your tickets should you mislay them.

Confirmation of your ticket purchase will be emailed to you shortly after you’ve completed your transaction.  If you are the ticket buyer and haven’t received your booking confirmation, it may be the case that you have typed in your email address incorrectly on your order.

Don’t forget to check your junk folder if not received.

Booking fees pay for the administration, customer and IT which supports the processing of ticket orders as well as the set-up infrastructure and wristband exchange.

You will be able to upgrade and add tickets to an existing booking where there is availability.

General Questions

The initial line up has been confirmed and is available to view here.  We do intend to announce surprise guests in the build-up to the weekends: Please sign up to our newsletter and check socials and the website for updates and announcements.

We are confident YOUPHORIA Festival will go ahead. If in the unlikely event of postponement to 2022, then your tickets will be automatically rolled over or a full refund will be provided..

We feel it is prudent to be cautious at this current time. The safety of our visitors is paramount, and as such, we are only releasing a limited number of tickets to ensure our capacity is at what we feel is a safe limit.
Capacity for YOUPHORIA will be restricted to 3,000 ticket holders per day.

Youphoria will be held in an outdoor location at Knebworth Park.  All the event spaces where classes, workshops and performances take place will either be open-air or held in open-sided teepees to ensure Covid-safety.

The festival will be carefully designed to ensure the whole site, staff and visitors all meet the latest government guidelines around Covid-19 at the time of opening.

We currently do not plan to test visitors on entry or check vaccination history. However, should government guidelines require us to implement this procedure, we will do so and inform all of our ticket holders in advance.

Please observe our festival policy below:
Please do NOT bring any of the following onto any part of the YOUPHORA site, including car parks and campsites:

  • Gazebos
  • Windbreakers
  • Glass bottles
  • Disposable BBQs
  • Open fires
  • Drones
  • Chinese lanterns
  • Fireworks
  • Illegal substances of any kind
  • Any pet animals or birds
    Note: The only animals allowed on site are Assistance Dogs

Please do NOT bring any alcohol onto the festival site, a small quantity may be brought into the campsites. Bag searches will be carried out at each entry point to the festival site.

We reserve the right to refuse admission or to evict any person from YOUPHORIA for drunkenness, unruly behaviour or for breaking any of these conditions.

Items restricted from the marked standing area in front of the main stage include chairs, trolleys, gazebos, windbreakers and tents.

We will be taking photographs and filming this event. By entering the event you consent to your image being used in any future YOUPHORIA and YOUPHORIA promotion. If you do not wish your image to be used please go the Organisers Office or speak to the photographer/camera team at the time.

Drones are not permitted at the festival or campsites. It is a criminal offence to fly drones over populated areas such as festivals. To commit such an offence is punishable and can lead to a 5-year prison sentence and or unlimited fine. Any drones and the pilots thereof, found flying will have equipment confiscated and authorities will be informed to take further action. Your cooperation and support with this is appreciated.

We’re sorry if any of your personal property is lost or damaged whilst at YOUPHORIA. Neither the organisers, venue owner or Partners can be held responsible.

YOUPHORIA is held on agricultural land. The organisers and the venue owner would like to remind you that the paths and grounds within the event and camping areas may be uneven. Whilst every reasonable effort has been taken to ensure your safety at all times visitors are requested to take care, especially after dark or in muddy or wet conditions. Neither the organisers nor venue owner can accept responsibility for injury as a result of ground conditions however sustained whilst on these premises.

FRIDAY: Campers can arrive from 1pm when the car park opens. Day visitors can arrive from 5.00pm when the car park opens. The festival site opens at 5.30pm and closes at 10.30pm.

SATURDAY: Day visitors can arrive from 9.30am when the day visitor car park opens. The festival site opens at 10am and closes at 10.30pm.

SUNDAY: Day visitors can arrive from 9.30am when the day visitor car park opens. The festival site opens at 10am and closes at 5:00pm.

Absolutely YES! YOUPHORIA is a time for you, your friends, and your family! We feel passionate about this being an enjoyable experience for all.

We have a dedicated family area within the festival site which includes a rolling programme of activities and shows. In addition, we have a pram-park, creche and baby-changing facilities.

It is worth noting, the music on each evening will go on until 10.30pm and may be loud. We rely on your judgement to determine whether your child will find this enjoyable or not. We recommend using ear protection on children for their own comfort. Likewise, it is not recommended that young children get too close to the sound systems for the main stage. Ear defenders are available from the Organisers Office.

Yes, if you choose to come with a child ticket (5-17 years) you must be accompanied by a parent or guardian aged 18+ at entry and throughout the duration of the event.

Only persons aged 18 or over on their first day of attending YOUPHORIA Festival may enter the festival using an Adult ticket. Any person under the age of 18 who has purchased an Adult ticket rather than a child ticket will be refused entry into the festival. Tickets are non-refundable.

Your name on your ticket must also match your ID. Acceptable ID can be either Passport, Driving Licence or ID card bearing the PASS hologram.

Car parking is available to all festival ticket-holders. Car Parks are located within the festival site and are professionally managed. There is also 24-hour security on-site, which includes regular patrols of the parking areas. All types of vehicles are permitted in the car parks, including motorbikes and live-in vehicles, although it is not permitted to sleep in live-in vehicles in the parking areas.
Please note that there is NO vehicular access within the main YOUPHORIA glamping site; cars must be parked in the main car park and all items carried in.

All cars wishing to park at the festival require a car parking pass. Car passes must be purchased by 12 noon on 19th May. Car-parking passes with your own unique barcode will be to you 2 weeks before YOUPHORIA.

The car park will be open on Friday at midday for glampers only. 5pm for day passes.
The car parks will open at 9.30am on Saturday and Sunday.

Yes, of course. As long as you have a relevant day pass or weekend pass, you can leave at any time, but you will not be able to get back in after 10.30pm until the following morning at 9.30am, even if you already have your wristband.

YES!! Absolutely!  There are no specific cycle-parking facilities, although there will be fencing to which you may secure your bike. We are unable to take responsibility for bicycles secured in this way. Please note, bicycles are not permitted on the festival ground.

The Medical and Welfare tents provide experienced, caring and confidential help for all kinds of medical, practical and personal problems.

We allow picnics, soft drinks, blankets and folding chairs to be brought in. Please note, our policy is one chair per person and these chairs must be foldable. We do not allow gazebos, windbreakers or tents.

If you are bringing in soft drinks, please note glass bottles are not allowed. Soft drinks must be in an unopened container.

No, due to safety and hygiene reasons dogs/pets are not allowed on site. Only Assistance Dogs are allowed at YOUPHORIA. Proof of personal assistance must be brought/provided upon entry.  Please see our Accessibility page.

Smoking is not allowed in any of the marquees or structures. Visitors who wish to smoke are asked to respect others by refraining from smoking in busy areas, around children or around food.

Any enquiries about lost property should be made at the Organiser’s Office. We endeavour to reunite all lost property with its owners after the festival, so please email [email protected] with details of the item lost once you return home from the festival.

Camping Information

The Glamping Village has a 24-hour campsite reception with a lovely campsite manager who will be on hand to help with any concerns, questions or issues you may have. Stewards and our SIA trained Security staff are also available at all times. They are easily identifiable by their high vis tabards.

Toilets and showers will be open 24 hours a day within the glamping village.

Phone charging facilities will be available within the glamping village.

A pamper parlour is available for all glampers. Facilities include tables, mirrors, hairdryers and straighteners.

If you have a WEEKEND + GLAMPING Ticket, your tickets include Friday and Saturday night camping.

No, there ae no facilities for you to bring your own tent, campervan or caravan.  YOUPHORIA was conceived to provide a no-worries, chilled out weekend for fun-loving folk. As such, we want life to be hassle-free for you over the weekend there are no facilities for you to bring your own tent, campervan or caravan.  Instead we have teamed up with VINTENTS to provide beautiful pre-pitched tents, fully furnished, all ready and waiting for your arrival.  Please see our ‘Your Stay’ page for more information on your stay at YOUPHORIA.

PLEASE FOLLOW THESE RULES FOR YOUR SAFETY

  • Only pre-booked, pre-pitched tents are available.  You are not able to pitch your own tent.
  • No gazebos, or windbreakers are to be pitched in the campsite
  • Open fires, BBQs and disposable BBQs are not permitted
  • Generators are not permitted
  • Please use bins provided
  • Keep fire lanes clear
  • Only purpose-built gas stoves with small gas bottles (2.2kg) are permitted, no spare bottles to be brought
  • There will be no vehicle movements on the campsite
  • No sound systems will be permitted on site
  • Space will be allocated pre-festival, based on size of tent booked
  • Sleeping in cars overnight is not permitted
  • Strictly no Fire /Chinese lanterns on site
  • Strictly no fireworks on site
  • No water source should be deemed drinking water unless specifically labelled as such
  • No glass onsite (including alcohol bottles)
  • In the event of needing assistance, medical or otherwise, please contact any steward or member of campsite staff who can radio for assistance
  • Please remain vigilant to fire safety in order to help keep yourselves and other festival goers safe
  • No pet animals or birds, with the exception of Assistance Dogs, are allowed in the glamping site or the festival site. Please see Accessibility page for more information.
